Pickled Red Onion
(4 Servings)

Ingredients:

2 large red onions
1 dl red wine vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper

Instructions:
Peel and slice the red onions. Mix the other ingredients together and pour everything into a jar. Let marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. Perfect for salads or as a side dish.
