We are a family-owned business from Porvoo with strong entrepreneurial roots spanning several generations. In 2018, we acquired a business that had been operating since 2006 as an importer of various food products and goods. With years of experience in the restaurant industry, transitioning to the food sector felt like a natural step for us.
We have continued to grow and develop our operations. We supply large domestic food producers with container shipments of fruits and vegetables, and occasionally other products as well. In 2024, we came up with the idea of creating our own vinegar collection, and after perfecting our products, we are excited to offer them directly to the retail market. Our vinegars are already being used in many restaurants.

Our products
Vinegar is an essential part of many culinary traditions worldwide and is widely used in cooking, medicinal treatments, and household cleaning. Our goal was to bring to market the most flavorful and versatile vinegars ever. Thanks to the spray bottle design, vinegar is easy and hygienic to dispense.
We are committed to ensuring that our products are crafted with the highest quality and meet our strict standards. Our vinegars are produced in Spain at a factory with nearly 50 years of expertise in vinegar production.
Sherry vinegar
Made using traditional methods from sherry wine. Aged for 6 months in oak barrels. A high-acidity vinegar that is perfect for marinating meat and vegetables as well as for various sauces.
Red wine vinegar
Made from high-quality Spanish red wine. Ideal for salad dressings, marinades, and as a flavor enhancer for tomato sauces.
White wine vinegar
Made from premium Spanish white wine. Creates an excellent base for light salad dressings and is also suitable for baking.
Apple cider vinegar
Made from real apples, this fresh apple cider vinegar has a mild acidity. Its versatility makes it perfect for marinades, sauces, and seasoning fish dishes.
Recipes
A few sprays of vinegar add an interesting twist to salad dressings, marinades, or savory pie fillings. If you need a larger amount of vinegar, the spray cap can be easily unscrewed. Explore the recipes below where our vinegar truly shines.
